Significant experience with leading nationwide real estate groups has given Matthew a strong understanding of the legal, regulatory and operational issues faced by real estate agents and agencies.
Broad experience advising businesses on commercial contracts, employment and workplace matters, intellectual property, business sales and acquisitions, property and leasing, privacy, consumer law, regulatory compliance and disputes.
